| I have Committeeship over my grandmother and needed to move her mortgage. Most lawyers are not familiar with Committeeship and the Public Guardian and Trustee so many quoted me completely outrageous prices. Law and Associates gave a reasonable flat rate and the assigned lawyer, Mona, was knowledgeable about the subject matter and she totally impressed me with her hardworking nature and. Our appointment was at 9pm and with a sleeping baby in her arms, she was explaining things and having me sign paperwork. She's a "real" person who just happens to be a lawyer. | I'm glad I found Law & Associates to help my wife with immigration into Canada. My wife and I originally hired a consultant but this seemed to get us nowhere. In fact, my wife was issued a refusal letter in SE Asia. A colleague recommended that I find an immigration lawyer and I found Mona Chan. Mona explained the things that immigration Canada was having an issue with and often read between the lines. She was professional but wasn't afraid to get to the point with me. | I mistakenly overstayed my Canada visitor's visa and was asked to leave in 2 days at the border. I cried and was very nervous in front of the immigration officer. I'd like to thank Mona Chan at Law & Associates. She was booked an appointment with immigration officers at the border and was very familiar with the officers and the procedures.
