The Entrepeneur Program provides business immigration to investors that want to build business in Canada. Our business immigration lawyer can help entrepeneurs establish themselves in Canada.

Entrepeneur Program - Business Immigration

Under the Entrepeneur Program, you and your immediate family can obtain Canada Immigration (Permanent Resident) Visas. You are able to reside anywhere in Canada, except Quebec (Quebec has a similar program under provincial jurisdiction).

The Entrepreneur Program requires you have a net worth of $300,000. You will also need to start a business or acquire equity of at least 33.33% in a qualifying Canadian business. You must actively manage this business. Your business must create at least one new job for a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. You must have management experience and ownership of a qualifying business.

If you wish to establish a business in Canada, you can obtain a work permit for yourself and your staff and family. Investing as little as $150,000 into a Canadian business can qualify you and your family for work permits and even conditional residence in canada.
